Our Remax Realtor, Jane Yoder was one of the best agents we have ever had over the years of buying/selling homes.. She brought significant and sophisticated skill sets of professionalism, honesty, fairness, and an abundance of knowledge of the local market and Fort Wayne community. She always communicated timely via phone, email, and/or text. There was never urgency or an inpatient disposition with Jane’s character. She provided her undivided attention in multiple appointments of home tours. Jane had a way of asking pertinent questions that we overlooked. She gave feedback that was discerning and always eager to assist with requests. Her daughter, Jennifer was an additional asset through this process as well. We highly recommend Jane Yoder to anyone selling/buying, you will have the best leader on your side.

The realtor we worked with was completely unprofessional. She was more concerned about making a buck than helping my daughter find the right home. She stood by and allowed my 21 year old daughter to put an offer on a house that was a complete mess! She let my daughter in the house and literally just stood in the living room while my daughter showed herself the house! When I confronted her about her actions she informed me that I had no business in the matter. I had to get my CEO of the company I work for to help get my daughter out of the joke of a home she tried to sell my daughter. My daughter had to do all the running with documents and checks, having to go to the realtors other job. I would give no stars if I could! The real messed up part of the whole situation was she was my friend in middle school and high school and she had the nerve to tell me she would take care of my daughter as if she was her own. Ha! I feel sorry for her child if that's how she would take care of him!

Denise was a great resource for us to buy a home. She worked with us for a couple months and she showed us a lot of houses. I have a VA home loan and she knew all the regulations that come with this type of loan. We did buy a home through her and she set everything up and gave us great advice from the start to finish. We are now veteran homeowners. Thanks Denise for a job well done.

Went to see a house was very interested until the person that showed me the house started giving me the run around. I’ve been trying to get lenders emailed to me even asked for them to be texted to my cellphone but nothing has come to either one. I can’t honestly recommend going to this company.

Jennifer and Jane were great understood what was going on and able to get everything set up and inspected and line up everything to get fixed that needed done and got our offer accepted and closing done and position within 10 days they are great.
