If you are about to rent a property and you hear Richard Cooke will be your assigned property manager, think it twice. We rented for many years and multiple properties because of my work relocation and by far Mr. Cooke has been the worst experience we've ever had... To start, he is very hard to deal with and for the worst part, we found out too late... when we received what was left of our security deposit, almost half of it he used it to clean the unit to new condition when easily it could have been done by much less... based on my finding, half of what he spend. But it is not his money so why should he care... Way to go Mr. Cooke, you definitely don't have our recommendation.
