The office staff was fantastic, but we got stuck with a HORRIBLE realtor. Neville Francis' lake of competence is still negatively effecting me almost 1 full year after close. He didn't properly list items we specified, he didn't write the contract right at all (had to have my mother do it who is also a realtor), and he was never available when we wanted to see houses!! --- if you NEED to use this realty company, AVOID NEVILLE FRANCIS.

The agents and staff at the N Ocean location and the Lucerne location downtown Lake Worth Beach are a terrific group of agents. When looking for property downtown Lake Worth they know the area better than any realtor out there. Give them a try and you won't be disappointed.
