Responding to the comment from Cindi. First off i got out of my car, said hello, was just joking around about her political sign and she freaked out on me. One of the reasons my client sold his home was because of her irrational behavior. Please look at my reviews it tells the true story about my professional business. The husband had to get her from hollering at me, so typical that she would want to turn this around.

Jay Shinny replied 1 yr later to Cyndi, saying he was just "joking" about her political sign....". So, WHY IS A REALTOR MAKING PERSONAL REMARKS TO A TOTAL STRANGER ABOUT A POLITICAL SIGN IN THE PRIVACY OF STRANGER'S GARAGE? Based on my experiences in my 1st year in Delaware, I am fully aware of the UNPROFESSIONAL, inappropriate, unethical, illegal and downright nastiness exhibited by those who disagree with the political beliefs of others. That said, I believe what Cyndi J. said. Why else would an unrelated person (not a realtor client) bother to write a complaint like this? "HOUSTON, WE HAVE A PROBLEM"

Jay Shinn, from this agency, sold the house next door to me. On a quiet spring morning at 8:30 a.m. while I was planting flowers, an irrational Jay Shinn started yelling across the lawn at me to the point where my husband had to come out of the house in fear Jay would do something threatening to me. The whole neighborhood could hear he was so loud and obnoxious. Jay apparently saw a political sign in my garage that he didn't like. He was unprofessional, rude, irate, and told me to "go back to New Jersey!!" I am not from New Jersey but the couple who bought the house is. If you are from New Jersey, Jay Shinn doesn't want your business. Find a different agent if you don't want your neighbors harrassed and threatened while selling your house.
