We had a P&S agreement in 10 days after listing, As I departed Florida; in my absence, Bruce took over. Did such things as moving the entire furniture out, was present for the inspection, and found someone to preform the necessary cleaning. He is totally focused on his duties. Always available by telephone anytime of the day or night. Even when the closing company seemed to dragged their feet, he reminded and pressed them to stay on the closing date. I don’t have enough room to share all that she did for my wife and I but I will say there is no doubt that she had our best interest in mind not only with selling our property as well as purchasing our current home. Per usual, Amy went above and beyond in dealing with the seller being a for sale by owner, our buyer having a “part-time” agent and throwing in Hurricane Irma for some extra fun. Her communication with us was simply awesome. In addition, when we finally got into our house, the cleaning crew had not done their job. Amy hired a cleaning crew that arrived the very next morning to make it right... something she did not have to do.
