Absolute nightmare to work with this agency ! I regret I haven’t read these bad reviews prior to contacting them, I am confirming here how unprofessional & greedy the agency is. We rented for one month & half , instead of receiving $3’000 for this period , we received $972. Same as with previous review, they called repair man nonchalantly for ice making part on our refrigerator two weeks ago , charged $250 now calling to fix again the same thing for another $250 !?! This agency presents itself as property management agency , all it does is holding your funds & nonchalantly deducts expenses with their “repair” contacts. In addition to recklessly spending owners funds it also fails to disclose all hidden fees . Jenni Kinchelow was our point of contact who does not respond to messages & calls and failed to disclose any hidden fees upon contracting.

John Stockinger was my realtor, I wish I could deny him his money from the sale of the home I bought. I was lied to about a closing date, costing me monies in rentals and stress to myself and my two elderly dogs. It was a cash deal, the seller of my home was also disappointed in the the listing agent from Palm Realty. I've lost thousands of dollars related to a sewer tax assessment that I will incur until 2032, yearly. John Stockinger told me the septic was in good working condition, and that I wouldn't have to empty it for two years, according to the inspection, which I was unable to be present for, when confronted he told me it was a blessing, never admitting to the lie. There is no septic obviously. When Peter Rivera, broker owner, was contacted about the situation, he stated he was aware and that his staff was dealing with. He wouldn't even pick up the phone and talk to me. In addition they used the daughter of an in-house realtor for the closing at Stewart Title. Stewart Title refused to move up the closing date when she heard of the existing problems caused by Palm Realty. I am aware of the onslaught they are dealing with, but when I requested to have it moved to another title company, who would do it in two days, they said it was too difficult. I still have not received my Title six weeks after my cash closing, I've left 6 messages in the last week, not one call back. I am very happy that I have moved to Port Charlotte from New Jersey. I just wish I had chosen a realtor/office that would have been professional. I am a single 63 year old women with two large dogs, 14 and 16 years old, all was made very stressful using Palm Realty/RE/MAX.

I have used them to sell two properties, both times extremely satisfied with their services.

I’m very unhappy with xxxxxx after the closing nobody want to take their sign out of my property, I call the office they was very rude !
