Beware of this place, Steve Aslanian is dangerous I hired Steve Aslanian from this RE/MAX Olson & Associates to short sell my condo and he did little to nothing except for trying to work side deals to pocket extra money. As my home was nearing foreclosure I told him I no longer wanted his services. As you can see in the attached text he wrote me he tried to extort 10 grand, $5,000 for him and $5,000 for his assistant. He held my home hostage because we were under had a written contract. Well, I couldn't afford to pay him the 10 grand extortion money and my home went into foreclosure because he didn't make much effort to sell it. I contacted the head of this branch Keith Myers the owner to ask for help and sent him the text of extortion from his broker/agent Steve Aslanian but he would not help me.
