We first met Anne in 2009 when we were looking to buy a home in the Orlando area. We rented for 4 years having recently relocated from the uk, not knowing what to expect we undertook much maintenance in the home ourselves saving the homeowner thousands of dollars over the years, we wanted to be good Tennant’s. Many tasks included sewage works when we had leaks in the house, storm damage after hurricane Irma tree removal all expensive repairs. When it came to our departure and the return of our security deposit we were shocked to discover the ridiculous deductions totaling $900 off our $1500 deposit Including $45 for closet door handle that was loose Many more of these minor issues that were really irrelevant to a tenancy especially after all the work we had done the most paying halves for a pool heater that did work when we moved in but was refused to be replaced when broke after a few months into our lease. If you want to see your security deposit back don’t rent through these they will deduct anything and everything they can regardless of how much care you have taken
