We've now been living in our new home for 3 months. And it has been amazing. We had a very specific & a very long list of requirements we were looking to for. His team took our list seriously and within A DAY found what we were looking for. The process was really fast & really easy (which was one of my requirements). Ed was very mindful of the fact that we were first time home buyers and held our hands through the entire process. He was very patient, asked all questions we had and took the time to walk us through everything. All the vendors Ed recommended worked out great as well. That's one of the other perks - he has a great network of vendors and connections that really helps when you are as new as we are. It has been a little bit over 6 months now, that my wife and I decided to leave behind rental life and decided to buy. As first time buyers there are so many things that you have to be aware of and even if you read yourself in, there is still a ton you will need help with.
