I’m a military Member who PCD’s to Florida July 15th 2023. Prior to moving here I had a very bad experience with the property manager. Ly she was rude disrespectful and very unprofessional as a person who works in customer service. I was told I needed to pay a full months rent for a house I wasn’t even living in yet there was no prorated rent for when I would actually be moving, So I did what needed to be done as a man who has 4 children. A wife in the hospital who was giving birth to my son during the month of June 2023 to secure a home where we could all go. Attempting to be a supportive to my wife and deal with a disrespectful property manager at the same time while my wife is in the hospital. $2500.00 I had to pay for the full month of July and I wasn’t even living in Florida yet. There was so many red flags that I went against my better judgment and tried to work with this lady. Imagine this “speaking on the phone to an arrogant, condescending, Ill Mannered, Un Civil, discourteous property manager. From that moment I should have walked away from this agency alone but I’m a man of faith an I gave this lady the benefit of the doubt. The way she has spoken to me I would never speak to anyone I haven’t even met in person. But the situation has only become worse at this point. When we moved in from July 15 2023, the house was not cleaned or prepared for me an my family an especially a new born baby to enter. The floors were not cleaned there were bugs on all the window panels and to make matters worse there were thousands of spiders and eggs an cobwebs on the back patio porch. Not to mention the only brand new house in the middle of construction. The house is the first house on a street next to homes that are being built a very unsafe area for my kids. Now when I moved in I immediately called the property manger Ly and guess what the tone an empathy or understanding was from her very unpleasant and it was like we were bothering her how dare I a husband or my wife feel that the house wasn’t prepared after paying a full months rent when we were not here. Her office new exactly when we were moving in yet the house was not fully cleaned. So instead of Ly hiring or sending a cleaning crew out she did the bare minimum and had someone just to clean out all the spiders and eggs and just wipe down the window sills. When we were not there yet while me an my family stayed in a hotel because my household goods were not available yet. Uneventfully me an my wife who had just went through having a baby had to clean this house ourselves. Now mind you I own my own home back where I changed assignments from the property manager of my home stated the house needs to be cleaned prior to any tenants renting my Home completely this was not done for my family at all. Fast forward a month from July now 2023. My wife called Ly and guess what happened again for the third time another rude disrespectful and ill-mannered property manager disrespected my wife. We called to explain that the construction workers are damaging are vehicles she did not care. We explained that our children can’t play safely outside. The construction workers leaves trash that flows in to the property I’m living on. There’s tons of bugs and insects around the property. Can’t even open the front door of the house to enter without them coming inside the home. Now don’t get me wrong the house is going to be something years from now. There is no amenities living in the complex we live in. We are being charged rent that doesn’t make this home worth 2500 a month for all the construction around it and lack of amenities to this property. We requested the rent to be reduced for the inconvenience that we have to deal with. I even went out my way to speak to the owner of this home an explain the situation. He was Unhelpful We were ignored and told rent will not change. All while my wife was disrespected and treated with no regard or my family. I can tell you this being in the military I could never speak to any member the way Ly has spoken to me or my wife.

My wife and i have dealt with Liz Cooper for about two years now. From the day 1, her interactions have been very rude, and very unprofessional. Not a trace of professionalism or mutual respect to be found.

I recently rented a house in Palm Bay, FL. When I moved in there were a few things wrong with the house. The house was not well maintained. The blinds were dry rotted, a hole in the carpet in a back bedroom closet, grout missing, broken shelf in the refrigerator, back bedroom closet door would not stay on the tracks. The back porch screens were missing the spine in several places. I put all new blinds in the house, fixed the screens and replaced the shelf in the refrigerator. When I moved in the side walk and the driveway was not pressure washed but I was charged 100.00 when I moved out for not pressure washing. I was also was charged for the hole in the carpet. I also was charged for putting up two blinds that I paid for. A 30.00 to mop a very small area by the washer dryer hookups. When I moved Stanley Steamer shampooed the carpet and the tile was steam cleaned. I lived in the 3 bedroom house by myself. The back bedroom was used as a storage. The closet was filled with boxes and the door was always closed. My dog did not put a hole in the carpet. Beware that you might not get your deposit back or just a small portion.

Gigi is an excellent real estate agent. I recommend her to anyone who is planning to buy or sell a property. She’s very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and always with a smile on her face. Truly acquainted with the community, proximity to school, shopping centers, cultural activities, and work centers.
