Aaron German did a great job in providing my brother and I with an understanding of the loan process during the purchase of our first home. As a first time home buyer, the process can be overwhelming but Aaron consistently kept us updated with straightforward information. We unfortunately dealt with numerous delays with the builder of our home, but Aaron remained patient and persistent in his assistance to us. We are incredibly thankful for his understanding and generosity in the midst of all the complications. I cant thank Aaron and the entire HMA team enough for their help, and I highly recommend their business.

Agent came by our house repeatedly last weekend, ringing our door multiple times after we requested that he not since our baby was asleep. Our house is not for sale but he insisted he leave his card anyway. Not listening to the fact our house isn’t for sale (and will not be), coming to our house and ringing the doorbell repeatedly after asking him stop, and then leaving us with his card? This guy is a joke and I would look at his employers with a critical eye before doing any business with them, or at least this individual. Since we’re here, if you’re in the market to buy or sell a home in CO, go with Kittle out of Fort Collins. We have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone who works there. Avoid this desperate or perhaps predatory mess.

Aaron was very hands on, responsive and helpful. As a first time home buyer he turned what should have been a struggle and nightmare into a very relatable, easy to understand process.

This is the first time I've bought a home and I had only vague ideas about the lending process. Buying a house is a big deal, and I'm not prone to trusting "money" people. Aaron's tone and personality helped to ease my uncertainty, and he made the process fun. He has the perfect balance of personality and professionalism. Because of Covid all of our correspondence was either through email or text message and Aaron was always quick to respond to my queries and concerns.

I can’t help my words to express my gratitude for Aaron. I had not only a dream of my own home in Colorado, but also I was in incredible need of it. Due to his kindness and professional cooperation I have gotten my dream fulfilled. In fact, without his cooperation and personal interest it was too difficult to achieve this milestone. Despite all difficulties due to Covid-19 pandemic him and his team processed my finance in time for that I am extremely grateful. During this whole process his attitude was like a family member. Me and my family will consistently recall his graciousness. It would be ideal if he acknowledged my respects and debt of gratitude is in order for his kindness by and by.
