Post close Shannon has also helped us with contractors and service people all of whom have been top notch and reliable.

I have sold properties twice with Jan Marose and am a frequent investor in real estate. I also travel extensively. Jan and her team consistently went "above and beyond" to help me in every step of the listing, selling, and even the moving process. Her communication was excellent, and she got me top-dollar with each transaction while still being transparent about market conditions even when dynamics changed against the seller's favor. She had resources that were able to help me prepare the homes for sale (e.g. painters, handymen, stagers) and was very helpful in guiding me through that process. She marketed my home proactively and negotiated very well, even getting me over asking price when market conditions warranted. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate professional.

We have never written reviews before but felt the need to say something about how awesome Jan Marose our Realtor is! We were not first time buyers but new to the area so we were clueless about location. It took us a year and we toured about 40+ houses to finally find our dream home, it was indeed a pleasant experience. Jan’s advice on offers and pricing strategies was very valuable to us. She was so easy to work with and she answers your every question even the silliest ones. She always made us feel comfortable and less scared about the whole buying process. The closing went so smoothly thanks to using her recommended lender. We were able to close on our new home and move into our house in a short period of time. We couldn’t be happier in our new home and we couldn’t have chosen a better agent.

My wife and I absolutely love Dunbar Hardy and what all he has done for us over the course of the last few years.
