Pure Barre

I’ve been attending this studio for 4 years, and originally I joined to better my physical health, but Pure Barre Boise has turned into so much more. In addition to the physical benefits, my mental health has improved and I’ve made amazing friends. Even after all the years attending classes, I am still challenged and I feel accomplished after every class. If you’re even curious about taking Pure Barre, I cannot recommend the studio enough. One class and you’ll be hooked!

Pure Barre Boise is the best of the best of the best! I have been attending classes at this studio for almost 2 years and I can honestly say that this is the most awesome group of instructors and the hardest workout that almost ANY body is capable of doing! If you are looking for a low-impact way to strengthen and tone, this is IT! I am in my mid-40’s and I wish that I had found Pure Barre sooner. I am getting stronger every day with every tuck and every shake! This weekend, I will hit 250 classes in this studio and I can’t wait for the next 250! P.S. Pure Barre Boise also hosts super fun community fundraising events at awesome places like the Botanical Gardens and local breweries. Love to see local businesses supporting great community causes!

Pure Barre Boise is amazing. I have been coming here 3-4 times per week since 2017 and I quickly noticed improvements in not only my body but also my mental health. I never thought I’d find a work out routine that I would actually look forward to but here we are. 6 years later and I still can’t get enough! My favorites are the 30 minute intensive classes (wow, they are tough but you feel AMAZING afterwards!) and the Align classes, where my balance and flexibility have improved tremendously. The environment is so welcoming and I’m so thankful to have found them! I’m a client for life 🫶🏼

I’ve been doing barre classes for 10+ years at different locations across the country, and this Pure Barre Boise studio is the best of the best. Every teacher is welcoming and attentive. The music is motivating and fun. There is a great mix of classes to get different workouts, from heavier weights, stretching, quick intensive workouts and classic barre. It’s become the best addiction and easiest habit I’ve picked up this year resulting in toned legs, bootie, abs and arms!

Pure Barre Boise is the best workout studio I’ve ever been to! The instructors are all so amazing. They make the classes so fun with the great music they play too. This is a studio I keep coming back to because it’s addicting and you actually see the transformation in your muscles! Love this place!
