Pure Barre

I started my Pure Barre love in Alexandria as a founding member and moved to Fredericksburg during the pandemic. I was so excited when I saw they were opening a studio here and signed up right away. Being a founding member for two studios shows you the difference in ownership. The owner here really cares about what is going on in her studios and it’s really nice to see that. In my opinion that is lost in corporate America these days. Alyse is a fabulous Manager and instructor!! All of the instructors are wonderful and the front desk staff is always so pleasant and helpful!! I have made some really good friends here and love this studio so much!

If you’re looking for a community of people to encourage you in your fitness journey, this is it! The team and fellow members are wonderful. The classes are high energy and you can modify them to your fitness level. I planned on doing this in addition to the regular gym but I’ve enjoyed it so much that I cancelled my gym membership and now just take more classes instead. ♥️ I’ve also visited other Pure Barres, and the teachers in FXBG are top notch! Fun, energetic, and inspiring.

I’ve been a member for almost a year now and absolutely love it! I’ve never stuck with a specific work out studio as much as Pure Barre. They offer a bunch of different class formats which keep it interesting, and they always have different challenges get you motivated. There are also periodic social events you can attend which adds a nice community aspect.

I have been a part of this Pure Barre community for 3 months. It has been just what I needed to help me reach my fitness goals. The staff is amazing! They are authentically kind, encouraging and great at what they do. Every time I go to class I leave feeling confident, strong and accomplished. We all can do more than we think we can and I’m learning that week by week at Pure Barre!

I have been at Pure Barre Fxbg for about 9 months now. I was very anxious to join at first, but I quickly became comfortable in class and at the studio. The instructors are so kind, helpful, and remember everyone by name. There are classes all day and early morning classes, which was what I needed. There are water fountains and bathrooms immediately next to the work out room and the room is kept comfortable with fans. I never feel overly hot or cold. I have made friends with the ladies who attend the same classes as me and feel very welcomed here. The studio works hard to make classes fun and create an fun atmosphere with different events and special theme classes. There are different class formats and the class workouts are always changing so it never gets boring, its always different and changing. I am glad I joined and have stuck with it.
