Pure Barre Nichols Hills is such a fun and welcoming place to get in a great workout! I've dabbled in other types of workout classes, but always felt something was missing in my workout. Pure Barre is the perfect blend of strength training, cardio, and stretching - it's both high intensity and low impact, and it's fun!
Each teacher is so helpful in class, providing modifications or an extra challenge when needed, and I love the music. I've never regretted coming to a single class and have enjoyed getting to know other clients in studio.
Highly recommend if you're looking for a fun place to gain strength, flexibility, community, and a little mid-day lift.
I had my first class today, it was amazing! The instructor, Julie, was helpful and showed me modifications. I loved the workout. The gym is very clean, staff was very friendly too! I signed up for a membership and am very excited to start this new journey.

If you are wanting to try a barre class in Oklahoma City, Pure Barre Nichols Hills is a great place if you want to add barre to your workout routine. The instructors are so helpful and friendly. There are three different types of classes and the choreography is always changing so you won’t feel bored no matter how often you come. I feel so much stronger, and I feel more connected with my body. I’m so glad I made PBNH a part of my workout routine! Give it a try! You won’t regret it!
Pure Barre Nichols Hills has been a welcoming and friendly environment from the beginning. I have taken only a handful of classes so far, but I have enjoyed each instructor's class. The classes are fast-paced, and they incorporate all major muscle groups. Instructors are approachable and willing to answer any questions regarding technique before or after class. I have been very pleased with my experience at PBNH thus far!
