Prestige Urgent Care

FANTASTIC!! I had a knee scare and was so nervous I was shaking. But the doctor came in and all my fears faded. So knowledgeable, very efficient and caring. This is now my go to place. Clean facilities and quality care. I don't except anything less and they met the standards and then some.

Great office and great staff! We were on vacation from NC and my 3-year-old had a sudden fever. We decided to go to this office due to its high reviews and we were not disappointed. Short wait time, clean office, friendly and knowledgeable nurses and doctors helped us in a timely manner. Would recommend to anyone in need of an urgent care.

I choose this place because I thought they had all the equipment so I can get all done in one place, but they didn't have the sonogram machine 🤷🏻‍♀️. Either way the nurses were fast and courteous. The doctor was caring and showed genuine concern. The receptionist was the only one that seem to no be having a good day, but I complemented her eyes, make her smile, and I think I helped her feel better. She was a little nicer after that. Sometimes we have to understand that they are also human, dealing with people which is not always easy and as us the clients and patients, they too need kindness and respect.

I went to Prestige after having congestion/cold symptoms for a week. I was able to easily make an appt online. Upon arrival, I was immediately able to be processed/in room with nurse. The waiting area and exam rooms were SO clean and well maintained. PA Wayne Hall and the nurse Alex were both knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I appreciated the communication about symptoms and care. I also loved that this practice provided testing and medication on site. Would definitely recommend this urgent care!!

I needed to take my little one to an urgent care due to her being ill for a few days. The check in process was efficient. Filled out everything by phone instead of paperwork. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. The wait time to see Dr. Wayne was under 30 minutes (which if you’ve been to an urgent care before you know that’s fast). The testing time was short. The discharge process was quick. If it wasn’t for the fact that it’s 30 minutes away from me I would add them to my preferred provider list but that doesn’t change the fact that I would recommend them to anyone who asked. 5/5! Would definitely visit again if needed to.
