Prestige Fitness

I joined Prestige Fitness in June 2022 and Dominic is my personal trainer. Dominic has been great to work with and is incredibly client focused. His approach to training, coaching, and providing needed support to help me reach my goals has been fantastic. I wish they would keep the temperature in the gym cooler since it is very warm, especially when you are working out. The addition of fans to keep the gym cooler and provide air circulation would be appreciated.

A huge thank you to Sean as he has worked with both myself and my wife Lisa over the past few months. His attention to detail and caring approach towards helping us focus on posture and improve our overall health and well being has been so impactful. We appreciate you Sean and the positive difference you continue to make. Another thank you to both Jenny and Marco, both of our individual trainers at Prestige that hold us accountable, challenge us and are committed to helping us get healthier and stronger throughout each session. I have been working with trainer Dominic at this location for 5+ years. He has done an amazing job restoring my fitness after 2 hip replacements. He asks great questions to carefully assess how I am doing and develops routines to deal with any new issues as they occur. I always look forward to my training sessions.

I have been working with Sean for approximately 6 months at Prestige Fitness. He challenges me every session we have! I have accomplished strength goals I never thought were possible. My balance has improved dramatically too. Friends and acquaintances have commented that I look so “fit!” Additionally, working with Sean on my posture has been very beneficial. I stand taller! Sean has made me feel 30 at the age of 61.

I joined Prestige in June 2023 and so far it has been a very good experience. My interactions are primarily with my trainer (Corey) and this review is about the quality of the personal training I have received under his guidance. Corey is a great trainer! He cares, listens and does whatever possible to help me achieve my goals. Corey is accomodating with his schedule and explains things very well. He takes into account any limitations and works to provide the best results possible. Although we are at times limited with the lack of equipment required for my own personal goals, he still manages to challenge me and uses everything at his disposal.
