Great facility! I came back to my home town to climb the mountain last week and then to Planet Fitness to shower. They have the FLAT HYDRO MASSAGE BEDS not the chair ones. BONUS! The locker room is better than any other, with several turns and sections that give plenty of space for privacy. Last week the removable showerhead was broken. I told the front desk and it was already replaced when I came back today. FAST MAINTENANCE!
Why didn't you all tell me about the renovations? I am still in shock. This center is fully updated with new machines, technology and a new feng shui, if you will. The machines are placed in a way that allows everyone privacy and increases your focus. Simply amazing. The staff was also super knowledgeable about the Angel full body machine and totally open to teach me all about it.
Daisha the manager doesn’t know what she’s doing ,as far as giving correct info the guest. I was referred to ABC about my account because the money was there and was never taken out yet I have been charged late fees. Daisha said cash app does that and it’s a company issue . If it’s a company issue then why are you only taking off one fee? And when explaining this to me , the solution was “ oh you can pay in increments to settle the balance “. The balance is not the issue, I don’t mind paying . The late fees are the issue . I shouldn’t be responsible for late fees if the money was in the account and your company has an issue with cash app cards.
I’m so happy I never worked there part time like I originally wanted to do.
I heard she’s also dating the employees and won’t hire people who seem like they may be a threat . But anyway, PLEASE GET YOUR MANAGER TOGETHER PF. Provide the correct info so your guest aren’t going in circles trying to get a solution. Because now I’m not paying anything when I was trying to make it fair . 😁
My 2nd visit was much better than my first as there was a different receptionist who was very courteous. The trainer, Malcolm, was also available. He was exceptionally patient and accommodating during orientation and during the workout! He went over and beyond in ensuring that I had a good experience there. Thank you!
