Alot of the equipment in this facility are out of order. This place needs equipment maintenance badly. Other than that, facility is clean and staff is friendly. Update for owner: My answer to you is, No. I will not stop by your front desk and explain my experience any further. The failings of your gym are obvious. You literally ran out of "Temporarily out of order signs". Fix your equipment.

The staff is friendly and the place is usually pretty clean with the exception of the locker room floor. Also many of the lockers in the men's locker room have been broken into by cutting the hasp that you put your lock through so those lockers are no longer lockable.

I love the staff! KAYLA, VANESSA, ANDREW are EPIC! The equipment is ok, I've frequented this gym since its conception. My issue is with the patrons not cleaning the equipment after usage. I feel like the sanitization station should have MUCH STRONGER/EFFICIENT/EFFECTIVE disinfectant for us to use to clean. I wish there was a way to SHAME those who don't clean up after themselves or maybe reward those who do. Overall the gym is ok, nothing great, just ok.

I've seen a complete turn around once concerns were filed with administration. Consistent service over the last few months. Hope they keep up the good work.

This gym used to be pretty good when it was 24 hours. Everything went downhill when they fired their janitor. Now everything is trashy, half the machines are “temporarily out of order”, and specifically (1) of the managers really doesn’t care and doesn’t deserve to be employed lol. I believe the one with the bleach dyed hair. Guy is always on his phone no matter what, and dismisses you like he’s more important than everyone. The only employees that are really cool here is the woman with the dreads, and the big blonde haired fella. (They deserve raises to be honest) Do yourself a favor and go to a different planet fitness. Very sad what happened to this location. - Update for owner: How about you come here yourself and witness all the flaws as to why so many people will be leaving this planet fitness, and why you’re losing business. It is not my job to do your job. Be a decent business owner and scout why everything is falling apart, and why you’re paying employees for doing virtually nothing. Take care.
