Membership revoked for speaking my truth after employee didn't like what I had to say. 1st amendment doesn't mean anything to them but they can spray cleaning products while lifting heavy weights and get away with it. PF employees are nothing but egotistical people. I also recorded everything to have proof of what went on and what they told their managers are nothing but lies. They like coming up with new policy just for me and only for me because I also sent friends to ask for the same amenities and yet they don't ask for nothing. They treated me as a joke and that only shows how much they care for someone who's been there for years with no complaints.

I’ve been coming to this location for a few years. When I first signed up they wouldn’t take debit card payment due to cards expiring and memberships not being properly cancelled. Today I was told I needed my card to enter the facility (even tho they have my bank information and payment always posted and being in good standing ) yet when I asked for a copy of the policy as it’s not listed on the PF WEBSITE. I was told it’s on there and when I asked Gisselle for it I was not given it and was greater with an attitude. Also take into consideration this is management at this location.

The Planet Fitness (Montgomery Branch) is a clean and hospitable place to work out. The staff are friendly and the members are great about cleaning up after themselves. The staff are also very on point with cleaning and maintaining the facility as well. Planet Fitness does not focus their equipment on the needs of body building and therefore, they do not have a robust free weight selection such as 80+lbs dumbbells or free squat/deadlift equipment. They do have several Smith Machines, which can help accommodate those needs, but not well. I provided 5 stars because the focus on the average person's workout needs is done exceptionally well.

Hands down the worst branch I've ever been to. Interrupted me in the middle of my workout. As I have been performing this workout every single day for the last year, which consists of loading up my backpack with weight and climbing on the stairs machine. I was abruptly interrupted in the middle of my workout by an associate. I promptly waited for the manager and received word that it would no longer be acceptable to have backpacks on the floor. Definitely will not be back. Do not recommend this branch to anybody.

The new staff they have is the worst that I experienced. I have been working out since the franchise open so at this moment I have to cancel my subscription. Definitely I don't recommend this location. The manager Jordan really bad attitude.
