Very unique location, and experience overall. The last time I visited PF was Marrows Road, but this location is 100x better. Better parking, larger, cleaner, better equipment, and the people (including those working out) were friendlier. This location also has more recovery and massage options. I was set on only signing up for the $10/month until I saw the hydro massages in the back. Signing up again was much easier than it was (10 years ago) at PF when it was literally pen and paper with the key card. Now, it's all done on the app.

Very clean. The staff was always welcoming and sweet. Bathrooms and locker rooms were very clean. Lots of equipment and wasn't super busy during the day. By far the best PF around. Would definitely recommend especially for the price :)

I had a wonderful experience at the gym! I accidentally left my lock behind in the locker room, but the next day when I approached the front desk, Anthony, one of the staff members, was incredibly helpful. He informed me that my lock wasn't found, but promptly provided me with a brand new one. I am extremely grateful for his efficient solution, which resolved my problem seamlessly. The level of service and customer care demonstrated by Anthony and the gym staff was outstanding. Thank you, Anthony, for going above and beyond to assist me! I highly recommend this gym for their excellent support and attention to their customers' needs. Keep up the fantastic work!

The front desk crew at pf in Penn Mart was very nice and accommodating, especially Rosetta. I had the same experience at Christiana pf. I didn't go into the locker room to rate that, I usually do, that is important to me. I did use the massage chair and the hrdromassager, they was awesome! I don't know what more they can do to get these dirty people to wipe down equipment! After their sweaty butts, hands, etc., they have no respect.

Always clean and very friendly staff, especially Dave! He’s super encouraging and always listens to member needs. Best planet in the area by far.
