Planet Fitness

I like the gym. I come Monday - Friday at 4am. The foot flow traffic isn’t bad. The music is loud but I guess that’s what’s headphones are for. Staff is friendly enough - they don’t bother you, you don’t bother them. Issue: Saturday morning I get here at 7am because it says they open at 7am. There are several cars and people waiting at the door. By 7:40am no one has come. Lights off inside / dark and no staff. I don’t know if the hours are listed wrong or someone over slept but several people drove off. I like my routine so I tried to stay before heading to another location :/ super disappointed with the lack of professionalism and way business is ran on the weekends. Guess I’ll come here during the week day and visit another place on the weekends.

Clean place, though not enforced for patrons to wipe down station. Trainer is nice. Recently got new cardio machines.

I've never really been into gym culture but I honestly love it here. It's totally judgment free. Always clean. The employees are super pleasant. And, there's never a wait for machines, bars, or free weights.

I have my crocs set to sportmode- I get on a walking machine. Sitting down, no running, nothing strenuous as I am HANDICAPPED. This nasty man at the front desk just stopped me to ask if I had proper sneakers to work out???? Please reach out to me asap, I will not stop posting reviews until I have a full apology given to me by this staff- this is the 2nd time I have been treated RUDELY at this planet fitness. I go to many planet fitness’s around atlanta- this is ONLY one I continuously have issues with. Zero stars.

Josh does a great job making sure the facility is warm and welcoming, every day. It is clean, and well stocked. Josh and Jeremy both are great at keeping a positive environment that encourages me and others. I have already and will continue to recommend this location, because of quality people.
