My husband is a gym goer there. He doesn’t carry his phone while working out. I was having a medical emergency earlier today and tried to call the gym multiple times and no one answered. (Mid day) Thankfully a family member works close by and ran over there to let my husband know what’s going on. Do better Planet Fitness. Answer the phone when it rings. It’s not hard. I’ve worked in retail and in offices before. The person in front of you can hear that the phone is ringing. They can see that you’re on the phone. Phone first, then people. If there’s a huge line, take their number and call them back. Common sense. **responding to the owner’s comment Thank you, I’m on the mend. I had a pretty bad asthma attack while alone. Pretty scary! It’s quite easy to figure out a solution, hire another person. If that can’t be done, then make sure they do their job by answering their phone. From my understanding not many people were there. My family member who isn’t a member of the gym walked right past the front desk and into the gym. They weren’t even acknowledged, let alone stopped. That’s a safety issue right there for a number of reasons.

I love coming here everyday it feels welcoming and not intimidating. I used to be so anxious to go to the gym because everything looked so complicated and crowded, but this place barely has a lot of people, and when they do have people, everyone's doing their own thing. It's very clean and the equipment seems fairly new. The bathrooms are sparkling. There's nice signs around that say things like "you belong," which actually made me feel better and more motivated. Love it here!

gym needs more accessories for the pulling machines, very bare-bones here. I’ve been to planet fitness locations from coast to coast, never seen one with such a minimal number of handles for the cables. Also; please get a second bench for the men’s locker room. One isn’t enough. (response to owner) why do i need to speak with staff? do they have more authority than you?

Have been a member for several years, really just to supplement when I can't work out outside IE: Winter months. The membership is affordable and I like that (with the Black card) I can go to other locations, sometimes even on the same day if my schedule permits. Wide variety of machinery, including the 30-minute muscle training workout space. Typically, I use the treadmill or elliptical. I have no excuse but to exercise year-round; rain and snow are no excuse! I love that I can bring a guest, or refill my water bottle, too when on the go.

Love this place the team is always tidying up the workout places. The welcome you with a smile and a greeting. It's a great place to get healthy and stay fit! I love bringing a guest along to show them what they are missing!
