The gym itself is very nice inside, almost looks brand new but a couple of things to point out to the owners… You’re a gym, please keep the hand sanitizing stations filled. A few of them didn’t even have an empty bottle in them, they were just completely empty. Second thing, the men’s bathroom absolutely reeked of urine, not a place I would imagine is kept clean by your team to have that bad of an odor emitting from it but aside from that it’s a very nice and spacious Planet Fitness and I would for sure come back the next time I’m in Wilmington.

The staff is always pleasant! The manager, Donna, is the best. She greets everyone and I am sure she knows everyone’s name who is a member! The trainer, Randy, is the best also. I have lost 45 pounds since I started my weight loss journey all while working with Randy!

I came here today for the first time in months. I was immediately greated with a warm welcome from Donna who provided excellent customer. Not only was she friendly and helpful but she really encouraged me to be optimistic about getting back in the swing of working out. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a fresh start!!!

Planet Fitness Wilmington (Justison St), DE takes care and strives to make sure their club is clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly, and their certified trainers are ready to help.

I do workout at planet fitness center city in Philly and this branch in wilmington is far from reaching the regular planet fitness standard. The machines are old and mostly out of order. The women's bathroom stinks and staff is not friendly.
