I swung by this gym to squeeze in a quick workout, and let me tell you, I was blown away by the setup of this place. It's like they smartly divided into three sections: one side dedicated to cardio workouts, with treadmills, cycling machines, stair-masters, and all that good stuff. The other side is a haven for those who want to indulge in strength training and build some muscle. We're talking racks of weights, dumbbells, and all the equipment you need to get strong. Right smack in the middle is the massage area. I mean, how cool is that? You can hit the weights, crush your cardio, shower, and then treat yourself to a well-deserved massage. It's a game-changer!!! All in all, this location is more than just a gym for the community. It's a much-appreciated experience. The thought put into hiring the warm-hearted staff, the design+ layout, the cleanliness, and the overall atmosphere is simply dope. Salute to the owners!

The staff does a great job at welcoming everyone as they walk in, they're very friendly and willing to help. Definitely a great crew working for the company. You can tell they enjoy their job and have no problem assisting customers.

Great place to workout. Welcoming environment. Won't have to wait on nothing. No free weights, but more than enough of weight machines and cardio machines. This location has medicine balls, a battle rope, and kettlebells up to 30 lbs. More than enough locker space. And, the whole facility is always clean. Very reasonably priced memberships. Although no free weights, I still give it 5 stars!

I had previously given this PF location 5 stars due to it having been better than most PF locations. The staff is very service oriented and friendly. But one of the main reasons I joined PF was to have access to a trainer. It's included in the membership. Until recently, this location had been without a trainer for almost two years. After several discussions with the manager, they finally did get a trainer. Unfortunately, he does not share his co-workers' enthusiasm for his job, and I found his sense of service to be lackluster and his responses very slow. Very disappointing. I'm also frustrated by the lack of attention that's been paid to the audio system, specifically, the audio that's supposed to connect the exercise equipment to the televisions. Despite having raised the issue several times, the machines I use aren't able to tune into the channels I'm trying to watch. Lastly, the manager - though well-meaning - hasn't been able to explain why the trainer is unresponsive and why the equipment audio still doesn't work correctly. As a result, I've altered my expectations and changed my review. Updated 10-24-23.

So this poster said I could get a free upgrade to black card membership I am a basic I paid for my membership all at once, so they told me in order to get it they would have to take 4 months of my 8 months to get it...how is that free??? If you have to pay for the upgrade that doesn't make it free false advertisement. I'm disappointed.
