Today i am writing this As I was leaving the staff was no where to be found it was a short girl with light brown hair. She wasn’t doing anything but sitting there with a blanket and always leaves there so many people at the front desk waiting for her and she’s no where to be found until last minute. they are hiring people who don’t do much and sit there not doing their job.Also she’s always not in the building she’s always walking from the back or walking thought the front door. She seems to have an attitude anytime I pass by her she’s also never in uniform always wearing a hoodie and slacks it makes no sense to me how my favorite gym can hire new employees that don’t do any work or give off energy that they don’t want to be there. I’ve never had issues with pass night shift employees which is the time I usually go, there needs to be rules with new employees especially if their not doing their job.
Incompetent staff at this location! If you’re trying to cancel your membership MAKE SURE you get the confirmation email BEFORE leaving the location or the irresponsible “supervisor” will not correct their own staffs mistake. Make it easier for someone to end their membership and make sure you have competent staff and supervisors who can correct the errors THEY have made. Will not be participating in this poorly managed gym again.
I was a member of this location for the last 7 years, dating back to when they acquired my memberships from a smaller gym that went under. Largely, my time here was nonmaterial. I came, I worked out, I left. I never had issues with staff or other patrons, and I simply don't care enough about what others are doing to be watching what they are up to. However, last week I was needing some customer support from the staff because my payment card changed but the app wouldn't accept the new one. I went in early expecting to spend some time on this, but the service was pretty abysmal. I was asked to wait as the person at the desk was assisting someone else. No big deal. But then she asked me to wait so she could ring up someone she seemed social with because they were "just buying a drink". I said sure, then after helping them she immediately took a phone call and walked off. After returning, she then helped a second person who came in after me. 20 minutes were wasted. I left and got my payment issue adjusted at the Austin Bluffs location. I cancelled the next day after signing up for another club, as I had been thinking of leaving due to the overcrowding anyway. All in all, kinda a bummer way to end a 7 year membership. On the other hand, PF is PF and you get what you get for $10-$20. That's not meant as a slight or diss, just that it is what it is and for that rate its good.

Said they are open 24 hours and arrived at 550 on a Thursday. Closed, no sign on door besides one for holiday hours, just lights off and locked.

Clean and chill atmosphere. Front desk always greets every time and very helpful as well. Definitely worth getting the membership there.
