Plainwell Fit Body Boot Camp

At 76 years old I knew I wanted and needed a workout routine but didn’t want the drudgery of a regular gym with “equipment” you had to get on and use for hours. Fitbody Boot Camp is an amazing 30 minute work out . Every day there is a new and different workout targeting different areas of your body. I like the challenge of FBBC but every workout can be modified to your fitness level. Plainwell FBBC is welcoming and encouraging! The employees make you feel like you belong there and have been a member for a day or for years. The workouts are worth every penny! I leave every workout stronger and a sweaty mess 😀
