Pizza Hut

I placed at order at 5:55pm that stated it was on its was to me at 6:05pm with a delivery time of 6:17pm, which then changed to 6:20pm. My food did not arrive until 7:30pm and when I called to ask where it was a request a refund due to the food taking over an hour longer than stated, the "man" i spoke to on the phone was extremely rude, cut me off and denied my refund. Do not tip this place in advance for delivery, i wouldnt not have tipped at all if i knew i would be spoken to that way and that my food would take that long and arrive cold, mushy, and missing items.

It the most discussing ever ordered he meat lover's was dried out couldn't even cut it with a knife and my pan pizza was cold and nasty I put it in the microwave and it turned hard....for 34.00 dollars I expected to be able to eat it not throw it out...

Walked in and wanted to use the restroom first. I tried the door handle it was locked. I turned around and found a guy at the counter and went to ask him to buzz me in. He looked absolutely petrified and ready for confrontation. He says really slow and deliberate "pick-up or online order." No greeting, no smile. Why would he think that I'm a threat? 🤷🏾‍♀️ He also told me the restrooms were employee only but there wasn't a sign anywhere that said that. It wasn't welcoming at all. I didn't end up buying anything after that..

Food is great salad bar is clean and fresh everyday and Amarah has to be the nicest staff member there she’s always attentive and making sure guest have everything they need.

Ya know i will say pizza hut has good food. There' s only 1 reason they dont get 5 stars from me. PRICE. I actually really like the food but $38 for a med pizza and 8 wings is a bit too much. We usually go about twice a year. If they could be a bit more competitive it would be a lot more.
