Pizza Hut

This was the worst Pizza Hut pizza that we've ever eaten in our lives. We ordered wings and a pepperoni pie with extra sauce, with butter brushed on the edges of Hand-tossed dough. Instead, we received an old pie from the warmer (too long), as there was no apparent sauce, the dough extra thin, extremely dried out with dried and hardened pepperoni. Now the Buffalo wings were fresh, perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious! As for the pizza guys, you ruined our dinner, as we were forced to eat this awful pizza, which cost a lot of money.

I waited an hour and a half after the time given to me on my email, the whole time I was there they focused on delivery orders and not the carry out , no one at the front desk , several people were being ignored by the employees and to top it off when someone decided to help everyone in the lobby I was told my orders hasn't even been started on , so I just asked for my money back . ( There were like 10 ) employees working the whole time I waited. (. I Called Domino's Pizza and got my order correctly and under 10 minutes best Pizza I ever had )

I usually have very good service at the Jacksonville, Al location, but tonight I ordered online to pick up and I ordered the cheese sticks with bacon and cheese and I ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni and cheese no sauce. Well when I got all the way home in a Piedmont, I had gotten sauce and pepperoni and no cheese on this pizza. I ordered no sauce because my hubby is diabetic the sauce runs his sugar up. Not a good experience I normally have. And I have a tip on top of that. Yall can do better than that.

I used the website to order a pizza for delivery. The pizza arrived within the timeframe given. It was hot and the thin crust was crispy.

I always receive great service and the staff are always friendly. The Pizza and Cheese Sticks are always fabulous!
