Pizza Hut

Worst fast-food restaurant I have ever tried in all the US. It’s an insult for Pizza Hut name. My husband and I got there for dinner after trying Pizza Hut in Tusayan (which was awesome). We ordered a veggie pizza, one meat melts and one small pepperoni pizza. The small pizza wasn’t a pizza at all it resembled a quiche - apologies to all the French friends - and the dough on the edges was not even cooked properly so that my husband couldn’t eat it. They don’t even have ketchup in the restaurant, first time I face this issue in an American fast food. While we were waiting for our order to be prepared , we also noticed a group of people complaining with the chef about their order too - their pizza had very poor quality and the lack of some ingredients such as garlic which were supposed to be there, but no one in the staff took accountability for the mistakes and denied to change order or even a refund. After we received our order, we realised how bad the situation is! Avoid this place at all cost. Please see picture below , it speaks for itself. We left it on the table.

This location closed ~90 minutes early then told customers arriving that it was because of being "out of.....everything" when that contradicted what the website indicated for the location. Granted it was a weekend and very late on a Saturday, but 90 minutes seems like it should be a reasonable amount of time for a place like this to be able to take a well average sized order from a group of 4 individuals at the end of the day. My experience really hurt my perception of the Pizza Hut brand and makes me hate this location in particular.

Good pizza and the staff were friendly. They didnt have ketchup or the oregano which was the only downside. The place was clean and well kept.

I've always loved Pizza Hut, since it was the only pizza place we had while growing up. It has been many years since I had a pizza from The Hut. Tonight it was the best idea and let me tell you, I'm gonna call this the Mary Poppins pizza... "Practically perfect in every way." (If you get that reference, especially if you hear it in a British accent while reading it, we might be new best friends! LOL) Anyway, it had perfectly distributed toppings, like the person who made it actually cared. There was nothing burnt onto the edges of the crust and the bottom was perfectly browned and crisp. I ordered my toppings a specific way and they completely nailed it. It was also not overly saucy, which can really over power the rest of the toppings... it was perfect amount of everything! In a past life, I used to work at a pizza place and was known for making my pizzas "pretty" and repeat customers would request to have me be the one to make it.... This was literally the first "pretty" pizza I have received of the dozens I have ordered from all sorts of places over the many years since. I wish I knew which employee had made this so I could give them a personal shout out. Regardless, this hit the spot in every way tonight. Who would have thought staying in a janky hotel in Page, Arizona and having a Pizza Hut pizza would turn out to be such a good night?? So random.

As a regular pizza eater I often go to Pizza Hut but i would’ve never expected their pizza to be this bad. The mushrooms tasted mostly odd and as the pepperoni was flavorless there was an overload of marinara. Wouldn’t come back again.
