Pizza Hut

I keep trying to give this Pizza Hut a try but it is ALWAYS something. This time I placed an order and delivery driver arrived without some of the items ordered. Very nicely the driver went back to pick up the missing items and was told they don't have those items and went on to say they have been out of those items. 🤷🏾‍♀️So why have them available to select 1? 2. Why not call and say we're out of these items. Is there anything else? Anything. Then when you call, you're passed around until forwarded to the call center. Every single time I try I'm disappointed. So done trying. Not to mention to be down the street the food already cold and old. 🗑🗑

I ordered wings and they were the best (non whole) I’ve had! Cooked perfectly, hot on delivery, the crunch on the skin, everything was perfect. The pizza is good, a bit too sweet for me and the crust needs flavor. A butter glaze or garlic or something. I love the thinness of the hand tossed

If I could give zero stars I would! This Horn Lake location is straight TRASH! The past 3 orders I’ve made have been terrible. The first order the longest strand of hair in it I called to report it and was promised a credit. I have yet to see this credit. I was emailed after I took a survey and was promised a credit I have yet to see that credit. I called and asked if I place an order can I get the credit applied so I can get delivery. Still no credit and that second order came 2 hours later. Tonight I place an order at 10:15 it’s now 12:08 and Pizza Hut is closed. I still have no word or notice about my order. And every time you call the store it connects you to customer service and they can’t even call the store. Do not recommend!! I will be shopping at Marco’s moving forward.

I ordered one thing and got something I wasn't aware or ordering, ended up with something I didn't want and neither staff or manager offered to make my experience better!!

NEVER received my order after calling 3 times after 3 hours I gave up. At one point the lady said "you can come pick it up" well no that's why I ordered delivery. Not the first time I've had issues with Pizza but
