Pizza Hut

received 2 burned Pizza's, and a wrong pizza. When asked for a refund as i returned the pizza was told i would get a call from the RGM which s a dumb name for Store Manager. I called and was offered store credit +10 or my order made again. This wasnt the first flop from this location but it will be the last. Refused to refund 2 days in a row. Its a franchise so really what should anyone expect.

This place will make you wait extra long even after you’ve ordered over twenty minutes ago. I had to ask for someone else’s pizza and for my own. Hers ended up being in the oven and they didn’t realize it. They take your money and don’t tell you how long the wait is. It’s terrible customer service. I’d never recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away from this Pizza Hut.

Worst Pizza in the world telling people they're getting the original Pizza giving them thin slices that is horrible and then even give me all of my toppings

The Berkeley, IL Pizza Hut, only a carry out has great food and awesome employees in my opinion. The food is always correct & hot.
