Pizza Hut

I was quoted one delivery time then I noticed on the tracker it kept saying my order was delivered, so I contacted the store and was put on hold for about 10mins, then another employee answered the phone to ask what was going on so I explained the situation then was placed on hold once again for another 5min while they tried to contact the driver to see where was his location and why did he say my order was delivered. So they finally were able to reach him and he said he was on the way give him 10 additional minutes. My order was placed online at 5:40pm and the driver didn't deliver until after 8 and I was quoted a 25min delivery time. Once my food arrived it was cold and the box looked as if it was bent in half and the lid wasn't secured so my box was opened on the way to me. So I discarded the entire big box.

The pizza arrived cold and did not look or taste good. I ordered two orders of buffalo wings and only received one order and it wasn't even buffalo wings. The chicken wings had a different sauce on it. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again

Dry, overcooked, the stuffed crust barely has any cheese as you can see in the pics. I wouldn't feed this food to a starving dog in the street. Absolutely awful.

The delivery man was super polite and friendly, but the piece arrived cold and wrong since I ordered a Pizza Bread and it arrived regular and almost burnt, a very bad experience 🤮

Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My order was canceled for no reason whatsoever! I got the email confirmation that my order was placed and was waiting outside my workplace 5 min before the estimated delivery time. after waiting 30 mins outside I called and was informed my order was canceled as they couldn't confirm my address. Yes, I have ordered many times to this address. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!
