I just wanted to give Pizza Hut a try since it has been so long since the last horrible experience. Well they didn't disappoint. It was $15 more than the other place. Their large was $18 and the size of the places med for $9. The box of three pizzas is 12 corner pieces of just bread with no toppings. Then they don't have delivery people so app told me delivered by door dash and that they were on their way to pick it up at the time they said was already supposed to be at my house. So it was 30min later then they said it would be delivered. It was still warm at least but not hot. Fruita Pizza Hut is still a joke! Sorry but it will be even longer before I give them another shot again.
Make the size of the gluten free pizza more noticeable. Do not charge for items that are substituted ex. sausage and pepperoni on the pizza, substitute the two toppings for ham and bacon. This should not be an extra charge. If ham and bacon were added and the other toppings not taken off, then yes I would agree that $3.50 per topping charge is appropriate. Almost $18 for a 10 inch gluten free pizza. Also gluten free should not be more expensive than any other pizza. It is a lifestyle that some have no choice in eating. You would be discriminating those who can not eat regular pizza.
The salad was not worth eating, mostly lettuce (that is not a salad). The Cinnabon's were cold, and I had 2 litter of Pepsi listed on the website and somehow was taken off( I didn't notice it until got dinner that it was not on the receipt). The service when picking up the food was not helpful. When we asked about the pizza the cashier just repeated the order and the price. they did not seem concerned that we were confused and dissatisfied with the order. A simple, " I am sorry to hear that you are confused and not satisfied. I will be happy to get my manager so they can work it out with you". That statement would have changed the outcome of how we feel about your store. We did not feel like we were a valued customer, we felt like we were another numbered order that was inconveniencing the employee.
So until we see major changes in customer service, a menu change indicating the actual size of the pizza. A statement showing that substituting one topping for another is not charged, additional toppings past the current amount listed on the original pizza will be an extra charge. We will not be eating at your restaurant and will share our experience with others to be sure they do not have such an expensive negative experience.
Hungry and unsatisfied,
Sunshine and family
Haven't ordered from Pizza Hut in 5 years. The large pizza is now the size that the medium used to be. The toppings were concentrated in the center leaving about 2 and 1/2 in of hard, cement like crust around the outside edge. I payed $24 for something we couldn't even eat. Of course that was after tax and delivery and a tip. But the base price was $18, nothing fancy just pepperoni.
The pizza was decent, but the Pizza Hut in Fruita, CO. is filthy. It doesn't look like it's been cleaned in over a year. A couple of the employees do not look clean. Not going back.
