Pizza Hut

Pan pizza was almost overcooked, and wish the cheese went all the way to the crust. I ended up throwing out the last 2 inches of each slice, and the elderly lady I work for couldn't chew it, but it was still pretty good. The taste and high quality ingredients make up for their downfalls.

Edit 2: November 2023 - Once again, a total letdown. They outsourced it again to Doordash, and the lady had to wait an hour, they refused to give her a heat bag and she apologized because of how unbelievably rude the lady was was to her. She even refused to give the driver a receipt. So I couldn't complain no doubt. I'm looking for a contact now. I'm sick of it. 45$ --original-- One of the WORST Places that I have had an experience with in a LONG time --- and it was the second time in a row that it happened! After an hour, the order was sent off to a third party delivery service, and I was missing HALF of the FIFTY DOLLAR meal I spent. I contacted corporate. Tried calling the store -- of course, over the ten times I tried, it was just a busy signal. Then I pressed zero and got some national hotline which then said all they could do was transfer me to the store. Their supervisor said that was all they could do as well. Ridiculous and just the absolute WORST in experience. I SERIOUSLY do not recommend them for delivery . Not in the 06 area at least. They outsource it to a third party and don't answer phone calls for hours at a time. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I was so sad when the old Pizza Hut in Northport closed, but the new location has far exceeded my expectations! I have never had an issue with the quality or accuracy of my order here, the customer service is always great and the speed to which my food is ready is always so convenient. The food is always exceptional and, to be honest, looks like the pictures you see online. Once they get the new drive thru situated correctly it will be a breeze to pull up to the hut lane!

Who out pizza's the hut? Everyone. The food was late, cold, and wrong. Wings were burnt and the pizza looked like it was made during an earthquake. When I called to discuss the issues with the manager, she was extremely flippant and dismissive of my issues. He name sounded like Bernet? I couldn't tell, either their phone lines are as bad as their pizza or she mumbled. Not important. If you want garbage pizza at least get it from Little Caesars so its cheap garbage pizza.

My pizza had no sauce. They said they are pre sauced but there was NO REF SAUCE! which males me wonder if they put they wrong kind. I think they should have offered a full replacement but only offered 50% off next time. When I get pizza I want red sauce and I had even ordered extra. Whatever happened to customer satisfaction being the #1 priority. Pizza Hut is the only place we order pizza from and although I know mistakes happen it's a business reaction that shows who they ewally are. This is the 1st time something wasn't right but was the 1st time I called. Usually love your pizza! Own your mistakes and make it right!
