Pizza Hut

Today, I order the Boston Style Supreme.which comes with a 2 Liter for $15.99. However, there was no Italian Sausage on my pizza at all, only vegetables. Plus, my wait time became longer because it was switched over to DoorDash. The driver Betty brought my pizza and it was COLD! I mean COLD! Come to think of it I don’t believe this pizza was even mines. Because it had only vegetables and NO SAUSAGE! I was so disappointed. Also, my garlic sauce was missing that I ordered. However, my pizza was really good and the crust was amazing that’s one of the reasons why I’m giving it a high rating. But, especially because the manager Patty gave me a credit for my entire order and apologized too me about the inconvenience. I didn’t get a chance to tell there was no meat on my pizza I only found it out later once I looked closely at my pizza. You be the judge! But, I give 5 stars for Patty. She was very polite, professional and treated me as a valued customer. Keep up the good work. But, please be more careful with making pizza’s and the drivers need to make sure that they give the right order to their customers.

****Update with new photos from recent post The food can be hit or miss but that’s with any restaurant. The must have changed staff because these new people are AMAZING. I would recommend Pizza Hut Calera to my Friends and Family!

Pizza is good yet the prices keep going up even with their Deals. Also they go Cheap on the toppings lol.

Pizza 🍕 and wings were hot and cooked just the I like them. There were only two guys working and they were knocking orders out and keeping it positive and had some great customer service.

Although sometimes the price can jump pretty high (when adding wings, especially) the food has always been hot and fresh and SOOOO good! And, we do prefer their wings to other pizza restaurants. Also, I love how easy the app is to use. I do wish the rewards system was better - I mean, it takes a lot of orders to actually get a PIZZA reward.... I don't really care about breadsticks and stuff. Wings, pizza, maybe even 2L drinks or something would be a better starting point for me.
