Pizza Hut

Well, I was really kind of apprehensive about placing this order for a Philadelphia steak pizza from Pizza Hut. And of course all of my fears were met my 1st fear was that they would not be able to match the cheese properly for a Philly steak sandwich....aaaahhhhemmmm.... imitation style sandwich pizza so actually they didn't really do a better but they did a good job on cheese because multiple analysts have concluded the classic cheese for a philly steak sandwich is a combo of mozzarella, american, and provalone.....cheese whiz! Pizza Hut took a great sandwich and made this..... You would think an international restaurant chain would have done some research....."PHILLY STEAK" means exactly that. STEAK! OR BEEF, OR SOMETHING MORE THAN LESS THAN 2 OUNCES OF PROTIEN. I honestly don't think the amount of beef served was even a mere idea of a true Philly steak portion. Pizza Hut.... sell your recipe for the true thick and chewy crust and the classic red sauce. Close your doors. 50 years ago I worked for you, youngest ast manager in the history of your company. I still boast about that and will continue, but either make drastic changes or close the doors. [WOS] PIZZA $25 BEFORE DELIVERING, TIP, AND TASTING....PIZZZA HUT PIZZA SANDWICH. $11 AFTER DEL, TIP, TASTING, ALONG WITH FEELING LIKE ACTUALLY HAVING EATEN. ACTUAL PHILLY. .... YOU MAKE THE CHOICE.

Those people that work there are always running there buts off, they do well attending too the front counter, considering probably 80% goes out the back door, via delivery.

I went to order food inside and my card was charged more then the original total amount. I asked the manager Carlos why was my card charged more and his response he doesn't know he really don't care I need to Google cooperate number. Stop hiring people who don't have integrity and have bad attitudes spreading negative vibes. I have him on video. It's people like this that make a whole community and area look bad when people come to visit your store

If you like cold wet soggy pizza, make sure you come to this location. They obviously forgot to add pineapple to my pizza until after it was cooked and their brilliant solution was to dump cold wet pineapple on top and serve me this. I emailed the company to resolve the issue politely and received an email stating that they were sorry that the pineapple didn't meet my expectations.... Really!!!! Nice way to turn the blame onto me. #rude #pizzahutkaren #poorcustomerservice

If you think about ordering from the app and picking up at this new location please just go somewhere else. Speaking from personal experience ordered and was given a 25 min pickup wait time. When my app noted me that ny order was ready for pick up I walk in only to be told they still have started making my order. I understand being understaffed but no need for the employees yet alone the manager such as Angel to release their frustrations with attitude when asking about their orders. Thank you for your inexcusable customer service.
