Pizza Hut

Was weary of ordering delivery because of the reviews. But I took the chance because my craving for stuffed crust pizza was real. I ordered during lunch time. The delivery was quick and my order came correct and fresh ! I will definitely give them more of my business !

Food was delivered on time, but cheese was disproportionately applied and the pan crust was a bit soft. Pizza wasn't as hot as expected. I generally like Pizza Hut though, but last few occasions haven't been the best. Also, since they charge a delivery fee, I wouldn't tip until you see the pizza in person. For the price of the pizzas, I would go elsewhere.

Ordered a pizza on 11/01 for CARRYOUT around 10:29pm to this location and showed up to pick it up around 10:50pm just for them to say I allegedly ordered it for doordash delivery when it clearly said pickup and was not possible considering I ordered from the Pizza Hut app. That makes no sense! The rude manager Keisha said it was my mistake and was not trying to fix anything and tried to lie to my face saying they stop doing carryout at 10 when they stop doing it at 11. I have picked up multiple pizzas around 11. Not to mention it was supposed to be $26 something for CARRYOUT like I had ordered and now she was saying it was gonna be around $39 like what. I’m not going to pay for something that’s overpriced when I know what I ordered and how I ordered it. They had already locked the door by the time I got there and it was 10:50 and I had to call to tell them I was picking up my order so they could open the door. She tried to say I was wrong the whole time and it had already been picked up by the “doordash delivery driver” and was on the way to my house. I showed up to my house and there’s no pizza or driver.

Keisha and the big black man my apologies idk his name. But they both always go above and beyond serving me . If it’s cold they bring my food out to my car. My pizza is always hot , fresh and ready. I’m super greatful for their kindness and hard work. My go to 🍕 🛖❤️!

Worst experience ever. Pizza hadn’t even left the store 30 minutes after it was supposed to be here. Took three phone calls to cancel. Then they charged me anyway!! $24 for no pizza, just trouble. Unbelievable.
