I ordered a taco pizza from the website, however no one fixed that it is no longer offered, so the order went through, when it was delivered it was a beef pizza, nothing else. I told my delivery person, Jamie, it was wrong, she told me I should call the store. O called the store twice and was hung up on both times, I decided to go directly to the store, when I got there I asked to speak to a manager, I was given Jeff who is over deliveries, he said I would have to go to a higher up manager, but Jeff helped me a much as he could. Another manager came up and wasn't as helpful, so a 3rd manager Bent came up and was extremely helpful. He resolved my issue, and made me a different pizza, I had to leave, but they said they would deliver it to me, Jeff showed up moments later with my pizza. Great customer service on those three individuals. Website need to be corrected to reflect what certain stores no longer offer.
I hadn’t eaten at Pizza Hut in quite some time. I USED to love it here, especially their boneless chicken wings. Well, that was in the past. I will not be back here again unless something changes. We received the worst food and service tonight. I took my 3 kids with me tonight to have some pizza and wings. We ordered the special with 1 large pizza, 1 medium pizza, 8 wings and 10 piece cheese sticks. We waited almost an hour and got our large pizza. It wasn’t correct and it was COLD! Like the cheese was FIRM cold! Then about 15 minutes later, we get the medium and it was great so I cut them some slack since they only had one server and it was her first night. I had to ask for the wings and cheese sticks. When the cheese sticks come out I kid you not, THEY WERE RAW!!! Barely cooked and RAW! The cook told me they were a special order for someone else and he got them mixed up?!? REALLY?!? They didn’t offer me a discount and need less to say, I will not be back unless something is done! Very poor food and the bathrooms were nasty! What has happened here!?! Definitely not worth what I had to pay! Health inspector needs to check them out!
Y’all save your time and your frustration and just drive down the road to the Pineville location. My husband and I went to this location and it was awful. i understand being understaffed, but the staff that IS working needs additional training on customer service. She took our order. 30 minutes later, we still didn't have drinks. Our night was saved by the Pineville location, where we actually saw another family that left the Middlesboro location.
It's clear that these issues are not very important as the bad reviews continue to pour in, with the same copy and pasted response from the owner. I am not interested in your lackluster response nor free food. Just do better for your patrons.

Got in car,walked in front door,no one at register,no one at drive thru,finally someone came out of kitchen,ask what I wanted, showed him my cell phone, 17 minutes and call still waiting. His reply was I don't have a hold button, my question is have you got call waiting ,if so you parked my call and forgot me. COVID is over,wages are up, Gen. Z sets on their hands and wants to play or gossip on their phones on company time
