Pizza Hut

I give the employees ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, not the establishment. This location boasts a wonderful seating area with a great size and capacity and it is not being utilized. I don't know if this is a franchisee or corporate location but either way corporate needs to come take a look at what's going on here and get it fixed ASAP. They've got the people there that are very knowledgeable and understand what they're doing and could serve to make a few extra bucks from tips from the dine-in area. Too bad it's being used as storage. Kind of depletes the whole Pizza Hut experience from my childhood. Found out that the lobby has been closed for over 3 years now. There's no excuses, 3 years is more than enough time to have remodeled that store 10 times. Whatever the problem is, you guys need to get it fixed or let somebody else take the reins. Until then, three stars and that's only because of how kind your employees are.

The Detroit Style pizza could be on Diners, Drive Inns & Dives. The sauce is amazing, the crust has cheese all the way to the edge...Sauce down the middle...Honestly the best pizza that I've ever ate...The crew at Metropolis Pizza Hut are super nice as well... This is my cheat meal.. I hope they put it permanently in the menu some day.

The folks who work here are really nice. The food was good and the service was quick. The only trouble I had was that the dining area closes at 9pm, the drive up window is open till 12am. I endured a little confusion after calling and ordering for carry out. The hours they have posted dont show the separate lobby and drive up hours. I had no idea they even had a drive up window. Thankfully the kind young lady on shift took pity on me and unlocked the lobby door to explain all of this to me. I felt pretty silly that I didn't catch on, but if there was any signage pointing to the drive up window I definitely just overlooked it.

A little disappointed, the dining room is not yet open. Staff was very helpful in ordering carryout only. I'm kinda over carryout but had no choice. They did the best they could. I won't be hungry when I finish my order.

Pizza was so good! Hot and as ordered. Friendly service!
