Pizza Hut

Terrible customer service! I called the restaurant because they didn't put all the toppings that I had paid for on the pizzas. The girl said she made my order so she knew it was correct and the only way they'd do anything was if I took the order back up there. I was hosting a get together and wasn't going to leave my guest to prove to them that they messed up. I literally only asked for reimbursement or credit for the 3 missing toppings. I didn't ask for anything more and they were so rude the entire time. The NY is clearly missing the sausage and the other one is clearly missing the banana peppers and jalapeños.

I used to frequent this location for the buffet. The waitress was super friendly And always worked hard. All that changed today. I had a order that was incorrect. Spent well over $50. I called this location bare minimum 10 times and no one answered. In fact, I'm currently in this restaurant typing this out and the phone is ringing. And no one is bothering to answer it. Donnie, the "gm" told me that he would remake 2 pizzas. He told me to take down his personal cell number and he would take care of 2 pizzas. Apparently that's not how they do things and then he tells the manager/waitress that he didn't say that and that he was only replacing one large one topping. Flat out lied! So I text him to understand why he wasn't honoring what he told me initially and his reply. I'm only replacing one large one topping. Mind you while we are texting back and forth a ask the manager/waitress to look up my order so she can see what exactly I had. She refused and then said with a very smart nasty tone "I'm not arguing with you, I have to much to do. Do u want the pizza or not"? I tried to explain that 1 pizza would not suffice for messing up a $50 order. Long story short.. Nothing was resolved. And I ended up leaving. I'm pretty sure that my ethnicity was the reason I was treated so horribly. I didn't raise my voice and I was very respectful. And still got nowhere. Do not patronize this location. They're racist.

This pizza hut actually had dine-in where you sit and order at your table. Food came quickly, breadsticks where coated and seasoned well, & the pizzas tasted great. If you loved pizza hut back when they were good you will love this.

Few odd things; capital equity is a capital case; But the food was hot & any erratic errors were corrected with gratuitous effect.

My 3 stars goes to the kitchen because the pizza came out hot and as I ordered it. As for the service staff I can't say much. The girl seemed bothered by having to take an order and had the most mispleasure in her voice. I realized she was aggravated because she was trying to have a conversation with her friend sitting in another booth and we were in her way. Our servers name was aliyah. But like I said the pizza was good tho.
