Pizza Hut

The girl at the counter couldn't say two words. When my order came out the oven, she was preparing it with her phone to her ear. She put on the warmer still talking on the phone while literally right there, and never motioned to me at all that was mine. I literally had to go look and see if my name was on the sticker on the box and get it myself. Still on her phone when I left. This was the worst service at any restaurant that I can remember, I must certainly will not be going back!

Never been so disappointed in a pizza hut before. Pizza took a while to make and flooded with so much meat it had more grease than food. Every piece I picked up just flopped and all toppings came off (this is a thin and CRISPY so why is it like soggy bread. LOL what got me is the lady in front was surprised I wanted to stay and eat. Doubt I'll be back here again. BTW a dress code needs to be addressed. There in gym shorts and eating while making my food. Plus don't get me started on the messy floors. I've worked fast food for over 12 yrs and I know the struggles but come on do you want to be in all that filth while u work, the chance of getting sick working in that condition is unacceptable. I'm surprised a health inspector hadn't shut this down.

First off, the place smelled like a gas station bathroom. Dine in ordered breadsticks extra shake, had barely ANY shake on it. Half cheese half pepperoni. was ALL pepperoni. I left didn’t even eat the food. All the bad reviews about this place are accurate. The workers are all over the place. Oh and not to mention bringing out breadsticks, set them on another persons table then brought to our table. Disappointed and disgusted.

I placed an order at 10:40 am which is before the store even opens. It is now 12:20 PM and my pizza hasn’t come yet , so I called to check the status and was informed by the operator that my order was canceled. So I have called twice to speak with an employee to see why ? They both placed me on hold and never came back. They can answer to take an order but not to tell you why your order was canceled. All I can think of is that the store must not deliver to my area , which is fine but they should have called me to let me know this instead of having me wait on food that wad not coming . My kids are hungry and I could have been finding other options to feed them !! Ridiculous!!

I ordered a pizza online for delivery. Never received my order. After 2 hours of waiting, I tried to call multiple times to cancel and no answer. Went by the store to get a refund and was told to come back when the manager was there. I was fed up at this point. Never got a refund.
