I placed a mobile order that was to be ready in 15 minutes. There was no one in front when I came and a man waiting for the rest of his order. I sat down to wait for assistance when two men came in. Someone came to the front, told the man still waiting for the rest of his order that it was still going to be a couple of minutes then served the two men that just arrived before me then went in back.
Another woman came in and after a few minutes he came back and was about to take her order when I said I was here prior but he kept serving everyone but me and would like to pick up my mobile order.
He asked my name, went in back, gave me a pizza box, and handed it to me. I asked him if this was baked pasta and he said" yes." Never an acknowledgment or apology.
When I was ready to eat approximately 10 minutes later the baked pasta was missing a top so it was no longer moist or hot. I have no idea how long it had been sitting in back waiting.
As far as I'm concerned, this is a call to tip after the service because I would not have left 18% for that level of service and I'm in the service industry. I'm not sure what I did other than come to an establishment to pick up my order but customer service was not being served, at least not for me. I'm not sure if that was personal nor do I feel I it was racist as the woman that came in was also black.
The food itself was passible, and would have been delicious had there been a top to protect it from dryness and cooling. The lack of respect, heat retention, and accident mitigation doesn't say come back.
The food is good. I got the big dinner box. They should really time their delivery order correct. I got my pizza about 15 minutes later with the delivery person bragging and complaining about how she does not like how big the box is and how she doesn’t understand why they put it like that. Like what? Well isn’t it your job hun?
This was the worst experience I've had at pizza hut. I originally placed an online order and after an hour of waiting for delivery, I called to check in and get an ETA for my delivery as it was getting late. I was told that it would take another hour and a half to get the food delivered. I live 6 minutes away from pizza hut so instead of waiting another hour and a half I told the manager that I'd come and pick up my order.
I drive to the location and waited in the lobby for 15 minutes behind another customer who was already there waiting. There was no one at the front to greet us and all we heard was a bunch of what sounds like kids playing in the back and arguing over sauces. After the awkwardness the customer who was there before me screamed "excuse me" and someone yelled "we will be right with you". After about two minutes the manager came out. A short Mexican girl with long nails scratching all over her mouth without gloves. We ended up getting our orders and finally upon returning home we noticed that our food was cold and the bread sticks were burnt. The cinnamon sticks were so old and cold they split right in half when we tried to separate it.
I called to let the manager know how unsatisfied we were as our order had obviously been sitting there for over an hour waiting to be delivered before I went to pick it up. She then put me on hold for over 10 minutes and gave evey excuse why the food wasn't cold and why it wasn't burnt. I asked her if she'd like me to bring the food back and she declined. She said there isn't anything she could do. I asked her for her name and she hung up the phone in my face. I called back a few times to collect the name of the store manager however they kept picking up the phone and hanging it up. I would defined not recommend this place to anyone. Very poor customer service!
Ordered a pizza at 3:50pm, got it around 6pm stone cold. Delivered by door dash although I ordered directly from the Pizza Hut app. Called the store to report a problem and was put on hold without a greeting. Never. Again.
I placed an order early in the day to be delivered at a specific time, 3 hours later. Not only was the order almost 30 mins late being delivered, but calling only led to being put on hold and then the call dropping after 15 minutes. When I finally did get a person on the phone, as I was asking about why the delivery was delayed and not arriving when scheduled, the employee hung up the phone on me, mid sentence. Extremely poor customer service.
