One of your employees told me that I didn't have the right to feel mad after he told me that he didn't have my order. MIND YOU I was in the store 15 min before and he told me it would be a 10 minute wait. So I was upset that he didn't tell me the first time that there was no order and i had waited for no reason. After addressing that to him he proceeded to search around and he eventually found my order. The problem had been that he cashed it out before it even got into my hands(why would he do that?)so on his screen it said he didn't have the order AT ALL. once the situation was cleared up I was still upset but not at him, at the situation itself(Mistakes happen i understood that). I told him i have a right to be mad and he said, "[no you don't. No one has the right to be mad]" I didn't go to pizza hut for a therapy session. I went to pick up a delivery. I want to also point out that I was respectful even tho I was mad. Your employee escalated the situation. Once he set the order down I asked was the pasta in there because I didn't see it. He just passive aggressively repeated the name of my order, as to say that everything was there instead of simplying just replying with a yes. I then, overwhelmed by everything that just happened, called him out of his name as i was leaving because at the point i blamed him for our interaction. The only thing I am apologizing for is disrespecting him by calling him out of his name. It was uncalled for and rude. However, i do not apologize for respectfully defending myself while your employee was clearly trying to antagonize me. I genuinely just dont understand why he felt the need to comment about my attitude when i know for a fact that I was still respectful. Could he not grasp the situation and see it from my perspective? Or just not comment realizing that it was HIS mistake that caused it in the first place? I hope all of your employees can learn and grow from this.

Extremely marked up prices. At least on the uber eats app. Seeming double what the pizzas actually cost. No deals either.

They got everything out in a timely manner so no complaints here.

About the quality you'd expect from Pizza Hut. Not knock your socks off, but definitely not bad either.
Melt -
They used to have a philly steak thing which was good, but I guess the melts are in now. They didn't even have calzones. Got the meat lover's though. Stuck to the container...not a great start. The melt doesn't look nearly as appetizing as the advertisement. They didn't include enough cheese for the meat so half of the meat falls out when trying to manipulate this monstrosity.
The bread is thin & cracker like. It has a different flavor than the normal pizza hut items. Not terrible, but not good either. The sauce included is sweet, but definitely improves this menu item.
I usually don’t have bad experiences with this place. However the management is horrible and unprofessional. I ordered a pizza through Uber Eats and for some reason, the staff allowed some random man to steal my order. Also, my Uber Eats delivery driver was asking the restaurant to remake my order, but the manager refused. I will never eat from this establishment ever again. The fact that the manager proceeded to argue with the Uber eats driver because him and his staff dropped the ball is ridiculous.
The cook was upset that I wanted pizza at 11 a.m.. He was in the car smoking a cigarette instead of inside of the establishment. He then proceeded inside used the hand sanitizer went to the back came back with a white towel to wipe down the counter. He then proceeded to make the pizza without washing his hands from the disinfectant towel. He did not use gloves to make the pizza. He dropped some cheese on the metal counter and picked it up and proceeded to put the cheese that fell in my pizza. So I asked him can he wear gloves and why would he pick that cheese up and put it in my food. He stated that they are not obligated to wear gloves. I think that everyone in the food industry should wear gloves. I will never eat there again.
This is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever had to encounter. The staff is horrible, no customer service nasty attitudes and DIRTY STREET CLOTHES. Prices are ridiculous, I personally wish they would close this location down. It serves no purpose to OUR community or neighborhood. When an employee tells a customer they don’t have to come in, go to another location. They deserve NO STARS.
