Pizza Hut

Horrible experience tonight! Ordered 2 large pizzas, breadsticks & cheesy breadsticks. One of the pizzas had the wrong sauce on it so I called the restaurant & was offered either a refund or for it to be remade, I opted for it to be remade. Waited another 40mins for the new pizza to be delivered. The new pizza delivered was undercooked & had so much garlic parmesan sauce on it that it looked like soup poured on the pizza! The pizza was falling apart when trying to remove slices due to the combination of the undercooked dough & the excessive soupy mixture of sauce!

I ordered the special and the guy made NO mention of boneless wings. He said it came with wings then wanted to charge extra for real wings! Do those look like wings to you?!

It's great when cashiers are at the front counter when you arrive and deliver a quick greeting and a nice smile--and your Pizza is ready too! After a 5 minute drive home, the pizza was still hot. There were plenty of toppings on it, the sauce was delicious and the crust was very tasty. A great experience today!

Been here in person and it was alright. But I just called from Flagler Beach for delivery and was told they won’t deliver a pizza to Flagler. Google maps said 11min away. Also the lady hung up on me. Can’t delivery a pizza 10min? Whats this world coming to for people like me and people like you?

Whoever answers the phone is very rude, I asked a very simple question about an online deal and she proceeded to lecture me in a hostile tone when a simple yes or no would've done just fine. I even apologized ( even though I didn't need to ) to de-escelate so I could just order my food and the worker got even more hostile and defensive for no reason. Overall very disappointing to be treated that disrespectfully and I suggest people get there pizza from elsewhere.
