Pizza Hut

Pizza hut does not care about their locations or employees anymore. This place is a mess and unprofessional. None of the employees care about being here. Nothing is getting delivered correctly. Nothing is getting done right. No one is at the front to assist. Gotta yell to get someone that drags themselves out there only to walk back and take their time. No one answers the phone. Employees just lounging around. Deliveries aren't being made. Food sits there getting cold. Stop ordering from Pizza Hut. As soon as they start losing customers and money, they'll get these places going again. Till then, doesn't seem like they care anymore. The employees look a mess. Wearing pajamas, moving slow. Can't stay focus. Not paying attention. They look high on something. Not a care in the world.

No option for zero stars! I ordered on line. I don't use door dash anymore. They can find the fingers on their hands, and definitely can not follow the GPS or read an address. Well, pizza hut sent my order via door dash. I mean the store is literally a mile away. Took this idiot an hour to find my place. It's literally a r, l, r and you're there. Like 5 minutes from the store! I am surprised he delivered it at all. Still trying to get a hold of the store for a refund since not only was it an hour late, it was the wrong order! I'm going to have to show up in person I guess. They won't like it!

I was charged for food that I didn't receive, cheese sticks were overcooked, and the boneless chicken wings sauce looked like it was just thrown in a bowl and put out for delivery. Overall bad experience with this particular pizza hut. Won't be ordering from this one again.

Ordered pizza today and it was delivered by doordash. Only because if there are no drivers, that's who delivers. When they arrived at my house the pizzas we're smashed up against the back of the box. Looked like only half pizzas. Absolutely terrible. So I called the store and they fixed it, no problem. Didn't get the name of the person who helped me, but she was awesome.

I'm half a mile away from the store and it was 25 minutes from when I got the " being delivered" message that I actually received my pizza. The pizza itself had almost no sauce in the center and a little sauce around the edges. I've ordered from this store before but this time was just bad all around. I will say everything I ordered was there so that was good.
