Pivotal Pilates & Barre

I relocated to PA 2 years ago. I practiced pilates for 10 years prior to relocating with a wonderful private instructor. I was apprehensive about starting with a new instructor but I quickly found Adrianne to be a highly qualified and friendly instructor. She safely leads me to confidently progress each lesson to achieve new fitness milestones. I highly recommend her whether you are new to pilates or advanced.

Adrienne is a phenomenal instructor who thoughtfully plans each lesson. Her cueing ensures that you are performing each move to the best of your physical ability that day. Her teaching style is very positive, motivational, and present. The studio is clean with plenty of space to move. The different equipment options are classic and well maintained. She is also great at switching up equipment and props so that your body so you never get bored. Adrienne also worked once I was cleared to exercise after an abdomen surgery, which proved to make me stronger today than I was prior to the procedure. She readily provided modifications as I got back into regular pilates after the surgery. Highly recommend if you are looking for pilates that suits your goals and an instructor who pays attention to form so that you are getting the most out of each lesson. It is great small group setting that is always encouraging.
