Pilates Place

I’ve been going to classes at the Pilates Place for, is it seven, years? The amazingly attentive instruction I have received there has greatly improved my balance, strength and flexibility without either injury or strain. From mat to machine, from group to private lesson, the staff at the Pilates Place has worked with me to achieve my fitness goals. The Pilates Place stresses classical Pilates technique which improves core strength and body movement in order to support everything else we do in Jackson Hole.
