Pilates Center of Rockville

Pilates Center of Rockville is a people centered studio with stellar instructors, staff and administration. I've been a student on and off for years, but much more consistently this last year. This learning environment is welcoming and heslth-conscious; I've learned a lot while strengthening my core! Highly recommended!

The Pilates Center of Rockville has been life changing for me! I am a stronger more confident version of myself. I have mainly worked with Karyn who has challenged me and has really taught me not to place limits on what my body can do. She is really amazing! The owner of the studio is a very dynamic, knowledgeable teacher as well. I would feel comfortable working with any of the instructors that are at this studio. I have so much gratitude that I have been able to experience Pilates at The Pilates Center of Rockville! Thank You!

I have been a student of Pilates for many years, and have pursued it in several studios. Pilates Center of Rockville is by far the best of any in the area. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and is a marvelous teacher, and all the instructors are highly qualified. All instructors at Pilates Center of Rockville are dedicated and caring. The studio is a warm and welcoming place. It truly lives up to its motto to "come as you are; leave at your best".

I love the Pilates Center of Rockville! The place is a calm haven of positive encouragement and reinforcement. The instructors are all extremely knowledgeable and tailor each lesson to my individual needs. They are gentle but don't let me get away with "cheating" on an exercise, which would lessen its effect. The atmosphere at the studio is friendly, supportive and efficient. According to the teachers, age at PCRockville is not a barrier to improvement and everyone works as hard as they can to feel and looks their best.
