Thanks to the expertise of the instructors at this studio, the small class sizes, and the remarkable benefits of Pilates for ALL bodies, my body is stronger, more flexible, and my balance is better than at anytime in my life. These results have been achieved in 3 months despite arthritis, knee replacement, and my age (no spring chicken). Classes are tough but also physically cathartic. The instructors (gotta give a shout out to Regina here b/c she's been my primary instructor) at Pilates Body Barre also configure sessions that create great release from tension and stress. I am constantly amazed at the extensive variety of workouts my instructors use to engage such diverse classes. Attending the sessions at this beautiful, tranquil, studio has brought me an unexpected joy - because I've always hated exercising! I am so excited to continue to build my physical and mental health with the help of the Pilates Body Barre team in Ft. Wright

This is a wonderful Pilates studio with excellent teachers. After Physical Theraphy I was looking for something to help me continue strengthening my core and protect my back.
I started from scratch, had never done Reformer Pilates, and through personal sessions and the Fit for Life Class, slowly learned how to use the equipment and keep correct posture. They offered modifications for all the exercises as needed and take time to get to know you.
Clean, bright, friendly and well run, Pilates Body Barre is a fantastic place to workout. I’ve been here six months, my back pain has not reoccured, I feel stronger, my balance is better and I’ve lost two inches off my waist! Can’t recommend Pilates and this studio enough!
Great small Pilates studio. I have been going several years. My core strength has vastly improved. Ask my Chiropracter!! I have exercised my whole life… weights, cardio, classes. If you need a change and a challenge, this it it. It’s healing to all your body aches or hurts. It is incredibly challenging and rewarding! I’ve had two new hip replaced in the last year. Reformer helps and heals like nothing else.
What a great place to workout and I will definitely continue to come back! It's nice that you can get a different workout each time you go, so I'll never get bored with the same routine. I felt like my workout was tailored just for my fitness level and the instructors were very intuitive to my needs. Definitely worth a visit!
